DEPARTMENT OF SANSKRIT

The Department of Sanskrit was one of the first departments to be started in the college, the Department of Sanskrit started functioning
in 1947, with Prof. Hariharan as the first Head of the Department. It conducts the B.A Sanskrit undergraduate course, with a sanctioned intake of 30 students.
