NOTICE INVITING SEALED TENDERS

Sealed tenders are invited from eligible manufacturers/suppliers or their authorized agents for the following:

• Repair and Maintenance Services
• Purchase of Lab Equipment
• Digitalization of the College (including purchase of projectors)

Tender Submission Details:

• Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): 1% of the total quoted amount, to be submitted by way of a demand draft in favor of the Principal, Sree Kerala Varma College, Thrissur, payable at Thrissur.
• Last date for submission of completed tenders: 06.01.2025 at 03:00 p.m.
• Date and time for opening of tenders: 06.01.2025 at 03:30 p.m.
  Tenders will be opened at the office of Sree Kerala Varma College, Thrissur, in the presence of such tenderers or their representatives who may be present at that time.

Tender Forms and Specifications:

• Tender forms with detailed specifications and terms & conditions are available from the college office during working hours (9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) or can be downloaded from the college website: www.keralavarma.ac.in.
• For downloaded forms, a demand draft for the cost of the tender form must be submitted, favoring Principal, Sree Kerala Varma College, Thrissur, payable at Thrissur.

Cost of Tender Form:

• Repairing and Maintenance of Classrooms: Rs. 1250
• Repairing and Maintenance of Toilets: Rs. 1250
• Repairing and Maintenance of Furniture: Rs. 1250
• Repairing and Maintenance of Computers: Rs. 1250
• Digitalization – Purchase of Projectors: Rs. 1250
• Repairing and Maintenance of Classroom Ceilings: Rs. 1250
• Lab Equipment: Rs. 1250
